🔧 Daily & Weekly Maintenance

Wipe down exterior surfaces with a damp microfiber cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Check all door seals and gaskets for air leaks. Clean seals weekly to prevent mold and preserve insulation.
Monitor internal temperature regularly using a certified thermometer to ensure consistent performance.
For poultry chillers and shawarma cooling units, clean after every cycle.

🗓 Monthly & Preventive Maintenance

Inspect electrical connections for wear or looseness. Contact a certified technician if needed.
Vacuum or clean air intake vents and condenser coils to avoid overheating.
Lubricate moving parts, if applicable, as per the unit's manual.
Ensure proper airflow around the unit — avoid blocking ventilation paths.
